Welcome to our store! This shop is run by a small 2-person indie company, so please consider this before making an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products We sell both digital and physical books. Digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link. Physical books are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer different shipping options, including tracked and non-tracked shipments.
• Customers who choose non-tracked shipping acknowledge that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
• Shipping times vary by location. Estimates are 1-2 weeks for European orders, and 2-4 weeks for worldwide orders, but not guaranteed.
• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to pick up the parcel, or refusal of delivery, we can resend the package, but the customer must cover the additional shipping costs.

3. Customs and Import Taxes

• Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• Physical books can be returned within 14 days of receipt, if the product shows any flaws or other reason for reclamation. Please reach out to us in case of any issues or concers, so we can find the best way to help you!

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• We do not cover damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly.
